Email notification of acceptance or rejection was sent to all pre-registrants on September 30. If you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you have received an acceptance letter, please complete your registration and payment at the following website.
Please be sure to register by October 30.
Payment is indispensable for the completion of the registration.
The registration fee is 35,000 JPY and is to be paid by credit card only. In case your credit card payment does not work, please contact us by e-mail.
Please read carefully the details, including the Reception ID, in the e-mail automatically sent to you upon completion of registration.
※ Please note that those who have not registered by October 30 will not be permitted to attend the school.
VISA Invitation Letter Request
If you need an invitation document for VISA application, please enter the required information from the VISA tab that will appear in the registration site after your registration is completed.
Onsite registration
All attendees are required to make an onsite registration. Please bring the QR code attached to registration completion email. Either of the following chances can be chosen for onsite registration,
(1) December 8, 2 p.m.-6 p.m. : Time Office Nagoya, room H, 6th floor (different from the school venue)
(2) December 9, 9 a.m.-10 a.m. : Nagoya Prime Central Tower, 13th floor (the school venue)

About Hotel Reservations
We will arrange your hotel according to the dates you have entered, so you do not need to make your own arrangements. We will contact you as soon as details are finalized.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
To request a refund and cancel your registration, please notify the IIS2024 Secretariat via email at admin-iis2024@nifs.ac.jp.
All bank service charges at sender’s and receiver’s bank are to be paid by Registrant and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.
100% refund to request received by November 13, 2024
No refund to request received from November 14, 2024

Pre-registration
Regular attendees
Pre-registration and Abstract Submission for Posters:
You are asked to arrange your pre-registration by filling in the form on the Registration page. Select Regular attendee as a Category. Attach one-page pdf files of a brief CV and a motivation letter explaining why you wish to attend the IIS2024 and how it will be of value to you. A selection committee will look at your CV and motivation letter.
If you want to present a poster, please also attach an abstract of your poster alongside your CV and motivation letter.
Invited lecturers
Please register using the Registration form on the Registration page and select lecturer as a Category. Please utilize the template files as dummy files for the Submission documents.
